So this is a bad review and I've boycotted the place since. I am also a local customer or was. It is against Visa, Discover and Mastercard to refuse a purchase no matter the amount is. I did contact BBB, VISA and my Bank with complaints. I was contacted by BBB saying he was paying $2000 a month in fees from debt and CC purchases. That also other places around him had been doing this minimum purchase rate fix. Before him and he was the last one to do it. This is not my problem with fees he signed agreement.
